This 54 year old woman had been bothered by her under eye bags for years. She finally couldn't take them anymore and decided to have cosmetic eyelid surgery. I performed an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty on her 6 weeks ago. She is absolutely thrilled with her new eyelids.

I used a subciliary approach to do the surgery of her lower lids. This allowed me to recontour the lower eyelids and also tighten the skin and deeper muscle to give her a perfectly smooth lower eyelid with a natural look.
